These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Website and any services, content, features, or purchases offered through it. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

If you make a purchase:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice 
  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

FESTIVAL & EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER

 By purchasing a ticket to, registering for, or attending any event promoted or hosted by The Great Get-Together (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at festivals and live events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Large crowds and crowd-related incidents 
  • Loud music and lighting effects 
  • Weather-related conditions 
  • Slips, trips, and falls 
  • Food and beverage consumption 
  • Interaction with other attendees 
  • Exposure to illness or communicable diseases 

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Event, whether known or unknown.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless The Great Get-Together, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, venue operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Personal injury 
  • Property damage or loss 
  • Illness or medical conditions 
  • Death 
  • Any other incident occurring before, during, or after the Event 

This release applies regardless of cause, including ordinary negligence.

Medical Treatment Consent

You consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any medical costs incurred.

Code of Conduct & Removal

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund for:

  • Disorderly or unsafe behavior 
  • Illegal activity 
  • Harassment or violence 
  • Violation of event rules or staff instructions 

Removal for these reasons does not create liability on the part of The Great Get-Together.

Personal Property

You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Weather & Force Majeure

Events may proceed in rain or shine. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Alcohol Consumption Liability

If alcoholic beverages are available at the Event, you agree to the following:


Legal Drinking Age

You must be of legal drinking age (21+ in the United States) to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid government-issued identification may be required. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.


Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that consuming alcohol is voluntary and may impair judgment, coordination, and reaction time. You accept full responsibility for your decision to consume alcohol and for any consequences that may result.


Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless The Great Get-Together, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising out of or related to:

  • Alcohol consumption 
  • Intoxication
  • Actions taken while under the influence
  • Injury or damage caused to yourself or others


Responsible Behavior

You agree to drink responsibly and comply with all laws and event rules regarding alcohol. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service 
  • Limit purchases 
  • Remove any attendee who appears intoxicated or behaves unsafely 

Removal for these reasons may occur without refund.


Transportation Responsibility

You are solely responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from the Event if you consume alcohol. We strongly encourage the use of designated drivers or ride-sharing services.
